Q: How can I get the facilitator to address issues that I would like to highlight?  
A: Upon registration, delegates would be provided with a pre-course questionnaire (PCQ). This is to be completed by delegates and handed in 2 weeks prior to the event. The facilitator will then review the form and semi-customise the program to address highlighted issues. 

  Q: Can I get a copy of the materials? If so, how?
A: Upon registration at the Knowledge Group welcome counter, you will be given a conference portfolio consisting of the speakers’ presentation. This will help you to follow each presenter's presentation easily.  

Q: Why are materials given during the conference different from the speaker’s presentation?  
A: <please refer Question 2> Based on PCQs, speakers will tailor and customise presentation materials as per delegates’ requests. Hence, delegates will notice slight changes in the work papers.   

Q: What conference discounts are available?   
A: Should you register before the early bird date, you will enjoy a RM200 discount of the course fee. For every 3^rd and subsequent registration, you will then enjoy a further 10% discount.  

Q: What should I wear to the conference?   
A: Delegates are encouraged to wear semi-formal attires.  

Q: How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
A: From the airport (KLIA), it's very easy & convenient to take the KLIA Express (ERL-Express Rail Link). The taxi or airport pickup service in KL, compared to the ERL, takes much longer due to traffic congestion.

Upon customs clearing, you can purchase the ticket (RM35 one way) & board the ERL located at the lower ground floor and it takes you to KL Sentral in just 28 minutes. From the KL Sentral station, a 10 to 15 minutes taxi ride (RM10 to RM15 coupon system) would take you straight to the Sheraton Imperial.

Q: Will meals be provided at the conference?   
A: Meals will be provided throughout the day, beginning from coffee break during registration right up to tea break after lunch.
